Wozoria Sports OS is an internal club management software system for the ATUS Sadiki-Bau Bärnbach. The application is used exclusively for:
Access to the app is reserved exclusively for registered club members, parents or guardians, and coaches of ATUS Sadiki-Bau Bärnbach.
The processing of personal data is based on Art. 6(1)(b) of the GDPR (Contract performance / internal club purposes) as well as Art. 6(1)(a) of the GDPR (Consent) for optional features.
Personal data is stored only for as long as is necessary for the operation of the association. Data will be deleted upon request (see Rights of Data Subjects).
Personal data is not disclosed to third parties, except to the extent technically necessary due to the use of Google Firebase (see Section 5).

This app uses services from the Google LLC (1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA) or their European subsidiaries.
To log in, Google Firebase Authentication used. In this process, the email address and password (hashed) or, in the case of Google login, the Google account data (name, email, profile picture URL) are processed and stored in Firebase. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) of the GDPR.
When you sign in using "Sign in with Google," a connection is established to Google's servers. In the process, Google transmits the name, email address, and profile picture of the selected Google account to this application. Google's Privacy Policy is available at: policies.google.com/privacy
All club data is stored in Google Cloud Firestore stored — in a NoSQL database in Google Cloud. The data is transmitted (TLS) and stored in encrypted form. Database access is restricted to authenticated users via Firebase Security Rules.
The application is accessed via Firebase Hosting disclosed. In the process, the IP address and technical access data (browser type, time) are stored in server logs. These logs are automatically deleted after 30 days.
Google LLC operates under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework certified, which ensures an adequate level of data protection for transfers to the United States. For more information: firebase.google.com/support/privacy
