Educator, passionate Youth Coach and the mastermind behind WOZORIA — with over 15 years spent between the classroom, the training field, and the computer screen.
I am building WOZORIA because children want to see their development — and clubs need tools that genuinely make everyday life easier. It grew directly from my own coaching experience and stays closely aligned with what teams and families actually need.
As a U12 coach in club football, Wolfgang began exploring training design in depth. After serving as an assistant coach since 2017, he took joint responsibility for the team with Martin Marko for the first time in the 2025/26 season.
It quickly became clear that good training preparation takes considerable effort. There was no suitable tool for easily repeating a successful session from three weeks earlier, simplifying communication with parents, or balancing the many needs of a team. Although many tools exist, none quite met every requirement. So he designed his own platform — customizable, with flexible fields for situations such as parents with children in several youth teams, and closely aligned with the needs of clubs and coaches.
The combination of coach education (ÖFB D Licence, UEFA C in progress) and an educational background in working with children makes the difference. The focus is on team spirit, fairness and individual development — values that also shape his school projects at HAK Voitsberg. Digital creativity, motivation and patience with children are central to his work.
This is how WOZORIA Sports OS came to life: a football development platform that brings together training planning, an exercise library, attendance, matches and live scores, gamification, and club management in one place — helping coaches save time, keeping parents informed, and allowing children to see their progress. From football kindergarten through youth teams to the first team, it is practical, motivating and tailored to the realities of Austrian clubs.
